Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the bdtl platform. By accessing bdtl, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable policies.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and bdtl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdtl online betting and casino platform accessible at bdtl.club. These Terms apply to all services offered through bdtl, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment services.

By creating a bdtl account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Important: bdtl is intended for adults aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21 years of age, you are not permitted to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process prior to the first withdrawal.

Eligibility

Access to bdtl is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bdtl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these requirements.

Minimum Age

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and use bdtl. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable policy.

Geographic Restriction

bdtl is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. bdtl makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one bdtl account only. Duplicate accounts — defined as more than one account registered to the same person, mobile number, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bdtl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Registration and Management

When registering for a bdtl account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts on the platform.

You must register using your real name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and accurate personal details as they appear on your National Identity Card (NID). Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. bdtl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID — typically your National Identity Card — and any additional documentation requested by the bdtl compliance team. Providing fraudulent documents will result in permanent account termination and the reporting of the matter to relevant authorities.
You must notify bdtl promptly if any of your registered account details change, including your mobile number or payment method. bdtl is not responsible for failed withdrawals caused by outdated account information.
You must not allow any third party to access or use your bdtl account on your behalf. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you.
bdtl reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdtl platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals by Players on the platform.

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at bdtl is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed in the Cashier section of your account. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your bdtl balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the mobile wallet provider. bdtl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or bank processing windows outside of bdtl's control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed in BDT to the mobile wallet number registered to your bdtl account. The first withdrawal from a new account requires completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes during bdtl operating hours (9 AM to 12 AM Bangladesh Standard Time, BST). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.

Withdrawal Restrictions

bdtl reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) the KYC verification process is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; (c) the withdrawal destination does not match the registered payment method; or (d) the request triggers AML review thresholds. In all such cases, bdtl will communicate the reason for the restriction to the Player via the registered contact details.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdtl offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below and any specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All bonuses credited to a Player's bdtl account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms for each offer.
Bonuses may only be used on the games and betting markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
bdtl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account and on which wagering has commenced will not be retroactively removed unless there is evidence of abuse.
Players may not hold more than one bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or by exploiting promotion mechanics constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified and expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the promotion.

Bonus Abuse: bdtl employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, low-variance wagering strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine play, and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets and casino wagers placed on the bdtl platform. By placing a bet or wager, you accept these rules as binding.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from the bdtl system. bdtl reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that are suspected to be placed in bad faith, bets on events with corrupted odds due to technical error, or bets placed after an event has effectively concluded.

Odds Changes

Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If the odds on an event change between the time you submit your bet and the time the system processes it, bdtl will notify you of the new odds. You may accept the new odds or cancel the bet at that point. Once a bet is confirmed at specific odds, those odds are locked for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bdtl in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement period; the event is affected by circumstances outside the control of the organiser (e.g. weather abandonment, power failure); the odds were published in error due to a technical fault. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00, with the original stake returned to the Player's account balance.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is available on selected events. bdtl reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice. In-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined — whether due to a delay in the live data feed or any other technical reason — will be void. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that in-play bets are placed before the relevant market is suspended.

Responsible Gaming

bdtl is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in Bangladesh. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life or the life of someone close to you, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your account panel, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. bdtl operates a strict underage gambling prevention policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all activity on the account reviewed. bdtl cooperates fully with requests from parents, guardians, and third-party responsible gambling organisations to block access for vulnerable individuals.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtl platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to appropriate authorities.

Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the platform in any way.
Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker chip dumping, coordinated live casino play, or sports betting syndicates that exploit bdtl's odds infrastructure.
Money laundering or any attempt to use bdtl's payment infrastructure to process proceeds from illegal activity. bdtl has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions and cooperates fully with Bangladeshi financial authorities and law enforcement agencies.
Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or misconfigured odds to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable through normal play. Winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not valid and will be void.
Providing false, misleading, or forged documentation during the registration or KYC process, including the use of another person's identity or payment credentials.
Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at bdtl staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtl platform — including but not limited to the bdtl brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdtl or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the bdtl platform or its content without prior written consent from bdtl. Unauthorised use of bdtl intellectual property — including screen-scraping, framing, or deep-linking — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to platform downtime or technical error; losses resulting from unauthorised account access; losses caused by reliance on inaccurate odds or results data; or any other financial loss arising from participation in the Services.

No Guarantee of Winnings: Gambling involves risk. bdtl does not guarantee any return on bets or wagers placed on the platform. Past performance of any betting market or game does not indicate future results. Players should only bet amounts they can afford to lose.

Account Suspension and Termination

bdtl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, or any specific promotion terms applicable to the account.
Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal conduct in connection with the use of bdtl.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been submitted, or failure to provide documentation requested during an AML review.
Voluntary closure requested by the Player at any time via the account panel or through the bdtl support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (less any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within the standard processing window.

Amendments to These Terms

bdtl reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material — affecting Player rights with respect to existing account balances, withdrawal conditions, or active bonuses — bdtl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or account notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the bdtl platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting the bdtl support team.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bdtl arising from the use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the bdtl support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be escalated through the formal dispute mechanism described in bdtl's support documentation. bdtl's decisions on matters of bet settlement, game outcomes, and technical disputes are final once the internal review process has been completed.
